A more detailed information on Witches in Legon
This information is 20 years out of date in regards to the current timeline for the campaign. There are always witches but they currently do not wish to create the circle. Most of them join a coven and dedicate themselves to an element like earth, wind, fire or water. Underneath the NPC’s is a good explanation of Witches in Legon.
