The perkiness and look of the nipple of them is can be related to the size, constitution and charisma. Smaller the breasts are, the least likely they will saggy. The higher the size, constitution and charisma will kick in. Low constitution, the boobs sag and nipples point down. The higher the constitution the firmness and nipple height. Low charisma will result in odd looking nipples and boobs in general.
There is no penalty or bonus for BREASTS with Charisma or Constitution when rolling for this. There is a +1 bonus for a woman who is overweight, and -1 bonus for a girl who is under weight. Roll a 1d20 to get the rating.
